A serial real estate entrepreneur with experience in coworking, brokerage, and incubation, Maher is passionate about the paradigm shift taking place in all aspects of real estate.

Ward is a seasoned real estate expert with a background in sales and marketing. As CEO of Trelora, Ward’s leadership and expertise propelled the brokerage to great heights, earning the company recognition for its exceptional customer service and cost-saving solutions.

Christina Parker

Director of Enterprise Partnerships

Christina has a comprehensive mastery of real estate practices, contracts, and relevant legal considerations. She has closed over 400 transactions herself with over a 90+ NPS rating. As the Director of Enterprise Partnerships, she takes this expertise and attention to detail to scale through enterprise relationships.

Greg Phillips

CTO, Newfound

Greg Phillips leads their tech platform development and advocates data-based decision-making. As a co-founder of a rental property analytics startup, he brings extensive real estate experience. Originally from California, he now lives in Bella Vista, Philadelphia. Greg has a BA in Philosophy from Cornell. University, with additional focuses in Information Science and Cognitive Science.
